Il Pino
We have completed a number of large, high-quality projects, creating many villas for sale in Tuscany over the last ten years. These include Il Pino, a privately-managed estate near Farneta Abbey. Il Pino overlooks the Val di Chiana and offers wonderful views of medieval Cortona, Sinalunga, Foiano della Chiana and the walled city of Castiglion Fiorentino.
Our clients looking for a holiday home in Tuscany appreciate privacy, but do not want to feel isolated. By renovating just seven buildings within the twelve-acre site at Il Pino, we felt that we could create exactly the right balance between seclusion and a sense of community.
As a company, we are firmly committed to using reclaimed materials, the skills of local artisans and traditional building methods on all of our country houses. Handmade terracotta tiles, chestnut beams, bespoke doors and window frames all add to the timeless appeal of the homes we have created at Il Pino.
Private gardens, lush shared areas, a stunning pool, cypress-lined private drive and electronic gates all add to the feeling of rural luxury at Il Pino. I casali di Montecchio
Positioned in a hillside six miles away from the stunning medieval city of Cortona, I Casali di Montecchio is a small, gated development set within five acres of mature parkland. It is a truly beautiful space which has allowed us to create a number of Tuscan homes for sale to our international clients. We converted the main building, which is just under 9,700 square feet in area, into seven beautiful apartments, each with its own private entrance and garden. Five carefully-restored, single-storey country houses also lie within the estate. The owners of the 12 properties share the use of a generously-sized 65 ft x 26 ft swimming pool.
Our focus on traditional building techniques, reclaimed materials and a sensitive approach to restoration means we have been able to create a wonderful, sense of authentic Tuscany style throughout this privately-managed estate.
We take care to ensure that all our holiday properties are accessible; I Casali di Montecchio is just an hour away from Florence and two hours from Rome.

La Leopoldina
This beautiful, privately-managed two-and-a-half acre estate nestles on a hillside just a few miles away from medieval Cortona, offering wonderful views of the turreted castle of Montecchio Vespone, the walled city of Castiglion Fiorentino and the foothills of the Apennine mountains. Here. We created a choice of Tuscan homes of varying sizes.
Le Leopoldina comprises a main building dating back to the 18th Century, along with three single-storey country houses set in their own private gardens. The five two-storey apartments we created within the main building each feature either two or three en-suite bedrooms, a kitchen/diner, living room with fireplace and private garden. All aspects of the restoration, from the handmade terracotta floor tiles to the cosy log-burning fires, have been carefully and sensitively handled. This has enabled us to create a perfect balance between comfort and tradition at this most attractive of Tuscan properties.
Modern conveniences such as air conditioning, a shared pool, beautifully-maintained communal areas, high speed broadband and satellite TV help to ensure that holidays spent here are a delight.
